COMMITTEE ROLES

President

• ​​​​​​​As President you will be
  

Vice President

• As Vice President, you will assist and support the president in their role
  
• ​​​​​​​You will also assist other committee members where needed
  

Treasurer

• As treasurer, you will have a very good "attention to detail" approach to the role
  
• You will be required to reconcile the bank accounts, complete the invoicing, pay the bills
  
• You will liaise with the accountant and the bank as necessary
  
• You will also provide the detail in order for other committee members to set fees appropriately
  

Secretary

• As secretary, you are the gatekeeper of all the correspondence
• You will have full access to the email as well as the Microsoft 365 account  
• You will answer what emails you can and forward other emails to the appropriate people for response
  
• You will create the agenda and complete the minutes of all meetings
  
• You will present a communication log at the committee meetings
