PPTANC Summer Social NETBALL League 2026

Length: 6 weeks

Cost: $150 per team
Late Entries: Are at the discretion of PPTANC Committee and will incur an additional fee of $20
Grades: Walking, Ladies & Mixed

Format of Games: 

Teams play one x 40-minute game each night.  Each game will have 4 x 10-minute quarters (10, 2 quarter time break, 10, 3 min half time break, 10, 2 10).
If the structure of grades need to change, depending on how many teams register, teams will be advised once registrations have closed.
For a grade to be included, a MIMINUM of 4 TEAMS will be required

Note: Competitions/Grades could be combined or cancelled due to lack of team registrations.  
This is a social competition and pools will be randomly filled dependent on entries.

• If the game is called off due to serious injury, the game could be moved to another free court
• If the game is called off for injury/foul play etc, and both teams agree to stop the game, the score will be as is, at stoppage.  If one team agrees to continue and the other team does not, the default will be given to the team who does not want to continue playing
• Players may play in multiple teams, however, clashes may occur

Umpires: 

• Each team must provide an umpire who will umpire their team’s games
• Umpire must have the ability to umpire at the level of the grade the team is entering
• If there are umpire/team time clashes, the teams and umpires are required to source another umpire
• NO UMPIRES WILL BE PROVIDED BY PPTANC
• Finals: - Umpires will be the team umpires named, but may be allocated to specific games

Scoring: 

• Each team must provide a scorer for each game
• Scoring will be via the My Netball Manager Game Day app
• Ensure that at least one person in each team has the app downloaded, ready to use
• Scorer codes will be available once registrations close

Gear: 

• A uniform is NOT required but bibs of the same colour must be worn by all team members. 
• Teams are to supply their own bibs.
• Teams are to provide a match ball.
