Kia ora koutou,
If a draw is looking possible, at 30 seconds remaining of regular time:
- visual timing board to be stopped so that games finishes with the controlling umpires whistle
- Full time whistle ends the game if a result has been achieved
- If the game is drawn at full time - a cone (or leprechaun) to be placed on the bench to signal play continues
– Once a 2 goal result has been achieved, umpires are alerted and their whistle ends the game.
As per our regulations section 6.4 Semi-Finals & Finals Eligibility:
b) For Premier and Premier Reserve Grades, to be eligible to play for a team in the Semi Final and Final games, the player must have played a minimum of 8 quarters in that team during the Promotional Relegation round and a minimum of 8 quarters for that team in the Championship round.
We will be in contact with individual teams, if according to our records, we believe you have players in your team that have not met these requirements.
If you have any queries in regards to any of this information, please contact us via email at teawamutunc@gmail.com
Many Thanks,
